Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in content development and sales enablement to join our Go-to-Market Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling presentations, developing high-impact product marketing materials, conducting market research to inform our marketing initiatives, and supporting our GTM, customer success, and sales teams to help drive growth and success. This position is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, who wants to deep-dive into our product set and healthcare customers’ needs, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and has a knack for project management.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and Content Development: Craft engaging and informative product marketing content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product brochures. Create visually compelling presentations for internal teams, customers, and partners, showcasing product features, benefits, and value. Collaborate with the broader marketing team on the strategy and execution for our content, webinar, and events calendar.
  • Sales and Customer Success Support: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing support. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, training demos, brochures, case studies, and other marketing collateral to aid the sales process. Create customer-facing content that drives product adoption and helps customers maximize value from our offerings.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Help analyze market opportunities and use insights to inform product positioning and messaging strategies. Collect team feedback to continually optimize our marketing strategy and ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market and resonate with our target audience.
  • Project and Marketing Material Management: Manage a variety of projects simultaneously to support our product go-to-market launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, on-time execution of product launches and marketing initiatives. Be the ambassador of our brand standards, ensuring materials are up to date with the latest brand guidelines and effectively communicating product value propositions. Manage the organization of our marketing and sales material hub.

Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and design communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with impactful presentations and marketing materials
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while being proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Minium Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of product marketing experience for a technology company, management consulting firm, or agency. Experience in marketing for health tech or the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proven experience in content development, presentation, and marketing asset design, with a portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Experience with customer, market, and competitive research to inform marketing strategy and sales enablement
  • Proven ability for working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Expertise in PowerPoint presentation design and experience with marketing design tools such as Adobe InDesign is a plus
