Manager, Client Analytics
mPulse Mobile, Inc. is recruiting for our Los Angeles, CA:
Manager, Client Analytics: Plan and coordinate orientation for new Data Analysts. Participate in the hiring process for prospective Data Analysts, including maintaining and refreshing (as needed) technical assessments used in the interviewing process. Maintain an inventory of training needs for Data Analysts and coordinate sessions to obtain that training from internal (i.e., Analytic Consultants, DataOps, Product/Data Science) or external sources (i.e., formal Tableau training), as needed. Together with Product/Data Science, identify opportunities to semi-automate standard deliverables. Lead the development and maintenance of standard deliverables. Lead the dissemination of training on new standard reports and changes made to standard reports – to ensure that all Analysts can apply standard reports as needed to support their accounts. Design, contribute to, and oversee the maintenance of documentation of frequently used data tables. Collaborate with other teams as appropriate (i.e., DataOps, Product/Data Science). Lead special projects that will enable the Client Analytics team to continue to accelerate the ease with which reporting can be developed for clients. These projects will likely involve cross-functional collaboration across Decision Point teams.
Full-time telecommuting is allowed. $125,000/yr. - $132,500/yr.
Education and Experience Required:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 12 months of experience.
