Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment process and talent acquisition efforts mPulse. This role involves strategizing, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's objectives to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry contacts to source and attract top talent.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand through effective communication of its culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and facilitate effective hiring decisions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 plus years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring and retaining top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS and other recruitment software.
  • SHRM-SCP Certification Preferred.
  • Dua Language proficiency especially Spanish and English Preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
