Job Summary:The Events Coordinator will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that support the company’s overall strategic and revenue goals. Working closely with the Demand Generation Marketing Director and other cross-functional stakeholders, this position is responsible ensuring seamless end-to-end execution and success for our conference presence. This includes logistical coordination, vendor relations, internal process execution, and monitoring the impact of our conferences on overall company pipeline and revenue. Location: Fully Remote Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics and execution for all conferences and company events which includes managing printing, collateral, shipments, sponsorship requirements, satellite events, pre and post event communications, set-up and break down (when needed), list management and upload, and internal attendance and communications.Manage conference vendor relationships and be the point of contact on all conference execution.Track and report on all conference metrics, including list quality, meetings generated, and pipeline generated.Track and report in a timely manner all expenses related to events managed.Execute conference pre and post promotion, such as social media, email marketing, and landing page creation.Monitor the pre and post conference outreach executed by sales, SDRs, and operations and report out to the team on outreach status, success, and roadblocks. Skills/Abilities/Experience: Experience assisting with conferences (B2B a plus), or similar event experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organization and attention to detailFamiliarity working with third party vendors and repsComfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of basic business and marketing conceptsExcellent time management skillsCollaborative work ethic with strong customer service skillsDemonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong writing and copy-editing abilities Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field3+ years of experience in a marketing or events roleProficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Teams) and ZoomExperience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce a plusExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus, but not required Physical Requirements: Ability to travel 5-10%Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time.Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
