To support increasing customer demand, we are currently seeking a Stock Inventory Clerk to assist our stock control team at our Bristol Facility.

Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

The successful candidate will need to be flexible with their shift pattern and be required to cover annual leave on the below shift patterns
Monday – Friday 06:00-14:00
Monday – Friday 14:00-22:00

Weekend cover on overtime is also available as and when needed.
This role is paid at £12.08 per hour.

The role
In this role you will:

  • Taking diary bookings over the telephone from Suppliers

  • Maintaining the diary

  • Regular communication with the customer

  • Creating PO’s

  • Customer queries

  • General office duties as required

  • Booking drivers in on arrival and booking them out once their vehicle has been tipped or loaded

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience with diary management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
