• Monday - Friday 10:30AM - 5PM

• Fully Remote

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter new customers into the routing system database

• Maintain on-time delivery data within internal database

• Plot customer locations on digital maps

• Build travel network using digital maps

• Perform routing database maintenance

• Interface with all routing-based systems

• Create, edit, and distribute routing data reports and coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and sales management to ensure accurate route completion

• Utilize appropriate tools to create dynamic routing

• Create and assign accurate and cost-effective routes by implementing delivery window improvements

• Create and maintain a feedback system from drivers regarding routing

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 2 years transportation experience

• Experience working with routing software

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
