We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Corporate HR team. This role will support our team members based in Novi and remote. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting new hire orientation and onboarding, entry level employee relations, administrative support, site safety initiatives and is eager to gain exposure to a broad range of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientations.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Support the HR team in addressing basic employee relations issues and escalating more complex matters to senior HR staff.
• Support leaders through our annual performance review cycle and talent development reviews
• Support the coordination of training sessions and development programs and help identifying employee development needs and sourcing appropriate training
• Effectively collaborate with other centers of expertise (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc.)
• Drive understanding of the company's compensation structure and compensation philosophy and ensure consistency in pay practices.
• Collaborate with team members on diversity and inclusion efforts, employee engagement, and culture-building activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, internships included.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
