In this vital role, you'll lead our warehouse team and oversee daily operations, ensuring we meet and exceed company and customer standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train staff, providing performance feedback and assigning tasks to maintain productivity.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and manage warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete job assignments efficiently.
• Track warehouse activities, including sales and inventory, and report findings to plant personnel.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment as needed.
• Address employee issues and maintain open communication within the team.
• Complete assigned projects as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from -20°F to 100°F, using provided protective gear.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. (weight may vary by facility).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
• Comfortable working in a loud environment at times.
