Be the cornerstone of cleanliness and safety in our facilities! As a Custodian, you’ll ensure our spaces are spotless, organized, and running smoothly, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. From maintaining high sanitation standards to keeping operations flowing, your role will make a big impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shine and Polish: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, breakrooms, and office spaces to perfection.
• Keep It Clean: Wash and maintain the facility interior, remove trash, and ensure all areas stay neat and orderly.
• Facility Maintenance: Tackle general upkeep across all areas, including warehouses and freezer zones, and clear ice or debris like broken pallets.
• Grounds Care: Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris.
• Stock and Secure: Ensure cleaning supplies are well-maintained, stocked, and securely stored after use through regular inventory checks.

Additional Duties:

• Operate machinery and material-handling equipment as needed to support cleaning and upkeep tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with floor-cleaning equipment and pallet jacks.
• Confidence in handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Flexibility to work in diverse environments:
  • Cold storage: as low as -20°F/-25°C (PPE provided).
  • Dry storage: up to 100°F/37°C.
• Physical ability to lift 20 lbs. (9 kg) or more, depending on facility needs.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
• Comfort working in environments with varying noise levels.
