Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Face of Our Operation: Serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers, providing excellent customer service.
• Handle Financial Transactions: Accurately receive, count, and log cash payments from carriers (where applicable).
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure shipping and receiving documents are accurate and completed on time.
• Ensure Accuracy: Verify and count products to maintain precise data records in our system.
• Stay Proactive: Notify carriers and team members about pending arrivals, no-shows, or unscheduled deliveries.
• Manage Scheduling: Engage with drivers to reschedule appointments as necessary and keep schedules up to date in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Attention to Detail: Basic math skills and a knack for precision.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to connect with internal teams and external partners.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning and utilizing Warehouse Management Systems.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C), with company-provided protective gear.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift at least 20 lbs./9 kgs.; facility requirements may vary.
• Flexible Availability: Willingness to work a variety of schedules and shifts, including weekends when needed.
• Team Spirit: Thrive in environments with varying noise levels, from quiet to bustling activity.
