Data Processing Technician - Night shift

4 Days, 10 hour shifts + flexibility to work overtime required
Schedule Details: Sunday to Wednesday
Work Hours: 8pm to 6:30am
Pay range: $25-28 an hour
Create and implement in-house production schedules, maintain network components and systems/warehouse equipment, and assist with technical issues across multiple facilities.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking in/out equipment to warehouse associates
- Assignment of processing in-house and production process schedule
- Maintaining network components and Systems/Warehouse equipment
- Assisting other warehouse departments (i.e. QA audits, CRO, Customer Service)
- Processing and sustaining access to databases, excel spreadsheets, and Word documents
- Assisting Manager auditing process
- Preparation of daily reports
- Monthly coordination of physical inventories.
- Maintain proper inventory control procedures and processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with internal audits by providing required information or reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-years systems support experience or equivalent technical training
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
