As an Automation Process Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our state-of-the-art facilities run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. From optimizing product flow to collaborating with technical teams, your expertise will help us deliver excellence in automated warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and virtually oversee warehouse processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
• Drive operational throughput by maintaining optimal product flow.
• Monitor system performance, address downtime, and implement improvement plans.
• Identify and mitigate systematic bottlenecks for maximum system capacity utilization.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for advanced control system challenges.
• Partner with technical teams to create and implement best practices in automated warehouse operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: At least 1 year in an automated warehouse facility.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Problem-Solving: A knack for diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues with technical precision.
• Attention to Detail: Sharp analytical skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities in dynamic situations.
• Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in diverse temperature environments (as low as -20°F/-25°C or up to 100°F/37°C) with provided protective gear.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends, in a lively and sometimes noisy environment.
