Project ManagerWe are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact Payroll and Time-Tracking Transformation Project across Australia and New Zealand. This 12-month fixed-term role will be instrumental in driving the implementation of a Workday certified, auditable and compliant payroll and time-tracking solution.

This initiative will replace outdated and fragmented payroll systems and time-tracking tools with a fully integrated, compliant Workday solution.

Your Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading end-to-end project delivery of the Payroll and Time-Tracking transformation in ANZ
Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT and Operations to define scope, timelines and success criteria
Managing vendor relationships and ensuring delivery against milestones and quality standards
Identifying and mitigating project risk, and resolving issues as they arise
Leading project governance activities including status reporting, steering committee updates and compliance tracking
Driving alignment with global Workday deployment strategy
Ensuring all implementations are audit-ready and meet SOX and local compliance requirements
Championing change management, training, and adoption planning
What You Bring
Proven experience in managing complex HRIS, payroll and time-tracking projects
Strong knowledge of Workday, SAP, Kronos or similar enterprise systems (Workday preferred)
Expertise in navigating regulatory and compliance requirements in Australia and New Zealand
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a matrixed global organisation
Experience in vendor management and contract compliance
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (desirable)
