Are you ready to take the lead in maintaining a high-performing, safety-focused facility? At Lineage, we’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at one of our smaller facilities. What You’ll Do:

As Maintenance Manager, you’ll ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facility by:

  • Leading and developing your maintenance team to maximize productivity and performance

  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  • Ensuring strict compliance with all safety, environmental, and risk management programs

  • Partnering with the General Manager to manage budgets, review utility usage, and drive energy efficiency

  • For automated facilities: coordinating planned maintenance and vendor engagement during automation commissioning

  • Providing input on capital projects and seeing them through to successful completion

  • Supporting energy efficiency studies in partnership with our Energy Management team

  • Advising on the design and planning of future building or automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED (additional technical training a plus)

  • 3+ years of facility maintenance management experience, including team leadership and resource planning

  • Hands-on experience with ammonia, Freon, and/or CO₂ refrigeration systems in temperature-controlled environments

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Familiarity with PSM (Process Safety Management) and RMP (Risk Management Plan) compliance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across all levels of the organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in dynamic or ambiguous situations

  • Willingness to work in temperature extremes (-20°F in cold storage or up to 100°F in dry storage) with PPE provided

  • Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels
