We’re now seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our high-performing afternoon shift team in Cannon Hill, Brisbane. This is your chance to lead operations that help feed millions, while advancing your career with a company that's truly making an impact.

What You'll Do:

As a Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our operations—ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse practices, while building and leading a passionate and capable team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and champion a culture of safety, ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld across shifts.

• Manage and monitor productivity and service outcomes, ensuring agreed customer service levels are consistently met.

• Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to reduce cost and enhance operational performance.

• Deliver effective resource planning and scheduling to meet daily and weekly labour demands.

• Supervise and develop your team—reviewing KPIs, conducting regular 1:1s, and providing coaching and support.

• Promote innovation and foster a team culture of accountability, engagement, and growth.

• Investigate and action service failures, ensuring resolution and prevention measures are implemented.

• Ensure compliance with FSANZ, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and all food safety standards.

• Uphold all relevant legislative and quality standards, staying informed of industry developments.

About You:

You’re a hands-on leader with a passion for people and process. You bring energy, drive, and a mindset for continuous improvement, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations

• Strong knowledge of safety standards, food compliance, and quality frameworks (FSANZ, HACCP, CoR)

• Exceptional team leadership skills—able to motivate, develop, and retain top talent

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges

• Forklift licence or warehousing certifications (preferred but not essential)
