Available Shift: Monday- Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm
🚀 What You'll Do
Inspire & Lead: Manage, train, and mentor warehouse team members, ensuring top-tier performance, productivity, and development.
Drive Operational Excellence: Continuously improve warehouse functions—inventory management, shipment verification, merchandise handling, and more.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Inventory Control, HR, Finance, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure product availability and operational success.
Strategic Planning: Forecast labor needs based on business growth and manage workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing effectively.
Achieve KPIs: Ensure performance targets are consistently met or exceeded across cost control, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Champion Safety: Promote a strong safety culture by leading compliance with health, environmental, and sanitation standards.
Analyze & Improve: Use data-driven insights from operational reports to recommend and implement smart solutions.
Own the Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility through best-in-class housekeeping and sanitation standards.
⚙️ What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience managing warehouse operations or leading a distribution center.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
Comfortable working in a variety of environments: cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) with provided safety gear.
Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg (more depending on facility requirements).
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, as needed.
Comfortable in varying noise levels—sometimes loud.
