As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll partner with Operations Leadership to oversee daily warehouse functions and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll assign work to team members and help drive performance to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity goals. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Friday to Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and direct the work of warehouse associates in a designated area

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and product movement

• Perform and document equipment and trailer inspections

• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and report any issues with quantity or quality

• Communicate effectively with Traffic and Customer Service teams

• Report and follow up on damaged or defective products

• Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to associates to ensure safety, performance, and engagement

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Additional Duties:

• Support special projects or assignments as directed

• Assist leadership team in driving improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse and/or logistics experience

• 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in varying temperatures (-20°F to 100°F)

• Flexible with schedule, including willingness to work overtime or extended shifts as needed

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-first attitude

• Previous experience as an SRO or in a lead role is a plus

• Comfortable using basic tech systems (WMS, handheld scanners, etc.)
