Customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage and enhance our customer service operations at our Welisara facility in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and strong coordination with internal teams.

• Manage all customer care activities, ensuring a smooth, professional, and timely response to customer inquiries and issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop the customer care team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Resolve complaints effectively, identify recurring issues, and propose process improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service excellence and exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, reporting on trends and improvements.
