The Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Welisara facility in Sri Lanka. Will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory management, smooth coordination across departments, and exceptional service delivery to customers.

• Assist in overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure accurate system updates.
• Support in preparing operational reports and performance metrics.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle documentation related to inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with customers and service providers to ensure service excellence and timely issue resolution.
• Support team leads and supervisors in guiding warehouse staff and maintaining productivity targets.
