We are seeking an equally passionate, intrinsically motivated marketing professional to join us as PosiGen's Brand Manager. As the Marketing Brand Manager, you will help lead PosiGen’s accelerating brand growth through daily management, programming and campaign planning for all consumer engagement touchpoints with a focus on digital and social media. This position will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and helping drive key metrics essential to consumer engagement and marketing performance. This position will also have oversight in our monthly planning calendars, creative development and reporting. This dynamic role will work across the organization with high visibility to senior leadership. Your work will touch all aspects of internal and external weekly communications for the brand. This role requires an individual to be detail-oriented, deadline driven and possess strong leadership skills.

This is a HYBRID role based out of our New Orleans/St Rose, LA headquarters.

Essential Job Functions

  • Help direct brand strategy and brand voice across multiple platforms as attached to ROI and to outperform industry benchmarks
  • Own digital creative development for social media and digital platforms
  • Manage daily and weekly online reviews for current and prospective customers by partnering with Customer Care and Operations teams to track customer comments through to resolution
  • Support Marketing team with new creative executions and ideation
  • Manage existing library of approved materials for distribution
  • Develop and execute monthly social media calendar, social ads, and report on ROI
  • Ideating, researching, and presenting concepts for monthly content
  • In partnership with sales build owned and operated campaigns with intent to drive an increase in qualified traffic
  • Support Marketing Director and Vice President in managing direct reports, partner agencies and other vendors
  • Train staff, advocates and community partnership members and PosiGen staff on how to use digital platforms and marketing tools
  • Opportunity to extend into additional marketing team needs for brand communications and digital deliverables
  • Manage monthly budget entries for finance forecasts
  • Ensure on time delivery of quarterly objectives and campaign assets
  • Crafting, revising, posting, and disseminating content on the corporate blog
  • Amplifying fresh articles through advertising, emails, social networks, and alternative approaches.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Min 5 years previous sales/marketing experience either in an agency or corporate setting
  • 1+ year experience using data to tell a story
  • Experience with lead generation sales workflows and responsibilities that include budgeting, measuring performance and planning
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign preferred
