Essential Job Functions

As the Asset Monitoring & Analytics Manager, you will drive the optimization of photovoltaic (PV) systems across diverse markets. Through meticulous monitoring, advanced data analysis, and cross-functional leadership, you'll uncover strategic insights and guide operational decisions to ensure peak asset performance. Your expertise in data correction and exceptional communication will resolve issues efficiently, while your sophisticated data models and reporting systems will support crucial business initiatives. Leading a high-performing team, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and clean energy solutions. In this key role, you'll shape the future of our solar power energy operations, contributing to the industry's advancement and driving positive impact for the environment and society.

• Spearhead comprehensive asset oversight, ensuring operational excellence across all markets.
• Employ SE, Locus, and Enphase monitoring platforms to meticulously monitor non-reporting and underperforming PV systems.
• Conduct meticulous investigations to determine the root causes of production issues in PV systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects, employing advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies.
• Demonstrate expertise in data correction, maintaining precise records to support data-driven initiatives.
• Develop, build, and maintain sophisticated data models, reporting systems, data automation tools, dashboards, and performance metrics, bolstering informed decision-making.
• Design and implement cutting-edge technical processes to proactively address assets experiencing downtime or operational complexities.
• Successfully execute disconnect/reconnect projects for delinquent systems, ensuring seamless functionality.

Education/Experience

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of the solar power energy field, with a focus on PV systems and related technologies.
• Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for precise articulation of ideas and complex concepts.
• Experience with Solaredge/Enphase Monitoring platforms, Salesforce and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is highly desirable, demonstrating adeptness with collaborative tools and productivity applications.
