At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Inside Sales Manager who will create a process-impelled workflow for inside sales and develop call scripts for inside sales support to use with lead generation and qualification.

Essential Job Functions

• Create team compensation structure and performance metrics
• Interface closely with sales and operations department to ensure alignment
• Use data driven examines to optimize sales and inside support sales operations
• Maintain follow-up procedures to new clients correctly and initiate them under minimal supervision
• Position and sell the company products to customers

• Maintain accurate detailed and applicable contact data in the database
• Call sales prospect individuals in target industries for qualifying leads and set up appointments for sales force directly

Education/Experience

• BA/BS or combination of education, training, and experience
• Min 5 years Previous Sales Management experience
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales/telemarketing department or call center
• Solid understanding of phone technology rules
• Knowledge of solar energy field, preferred
• Construction industry knowledge preferred
• Must have previous employee development experience
• Previous budgeting experience preferred
• SalesForce experience is a plus

• Technical acumen and knowledge of organization’s products
• Ability to train others in telesales or telemarketing function
