We are seeking an equally passionate Channel Field Services Manager to help further our mission through excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-focused approach.

The Channel Field Services Manager will ensure field assets are complete and ready for Boarding, as well as coordinate with Operations and Management to maintain the performance of the solar systems. They will track conformance to contractual obligations, provide excellent customer service to our homeowners and Partners, and ensure a smooth workflow and optimally performing systems.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensure all items on the Project are completed and smooth transition to Boarding customers for payment. Ensure PV systems are operating per terms of agreement at the time of handoff and all proper documentation is in place.
  • Manage processes of Diagnostic and Repair for Workmanship and Manufacturer Warranty concerns. Coordinate customer warranty and insurance claims with appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate with PosiGen Asset Monitoring team to provide proactive troubleshooting for Channel partner installed PV systems.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate with Partner, internal PosiGen field services, and/or subcontractors to service systems.
  • Approve/Deny Quotes for Repair and ensure timely payment to subcontractors if service falls out of warrantied scope.
  • Create and manage Service Requests/Cases. Maintain service schedules and planning timelines to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Communicate opportunities for process modifications or improvements to upper management to assume optimum efficiency of company assets.
  • Source and ensure compliance of new subcontractors when incremental resources are necessary
  • Provide safety protocols and procedures across all PosiGen Channel markets
  • Develop and maintain Partner Scorecards
  • Drive continuous improvements for safety, quality, customer service and production through field operations
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure standards for quality and efficiency are met
  • Create partner score cards and monthly reviews with the partner and PosiGen management team to make sure they are compliant with the SLA’s and KPI’s.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years’ supervisory experience in solar, preferable with managing subcontractors and/or external B2B customers
  • Experience implementing quality control/quality assurance processes
  • Demonstrated Safe Working Practices and knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 30 Training preferred
  • Demonstrated success in fast pace, rapidly growing environment
  • Success at managing and delivering construction projects on schedule and under budget
  • Proficiency on a computer in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience and comfort level working on roofs
  • Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
