Summary

At PosiGen, we are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our Channel Partners team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across our digital API and Customer Portal platforms.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
• Create user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, adhering to best practices in UI/UX design
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and drive innovation

Competencies

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating innovative and user-centered designs
