Respondology is seeking an experienced and motivated SaaS Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have experience killing it at sales in the SaaS space and the metrics to prove it. You will be responsible for executing a sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and above all--closing deals and generating revenue. You have a track-record of successfully meeting and surpassing revenue targets, but we’re not just offering another sales job. Respondology is a digital marketing company on a mission to eradicate hate, abuse and spam from social media. We work with consumer brands, sports teams and leagues around the world to remove toxic comments, hateful attacks, protect their brand equity and investments in social media. Remote Role: If you do not live in our beautiful state of Colorado, we are open to 100% remote candidates in MA, IL, NY, NJ, FL, CA, UT, MT.

Day in the Life:

  • Prospect, pitch and close deals selling Respondology’s platform.
  • Demo Respondology’s products with a storytelling style, focusing on our unique value to each client.
  • Lead contract negotiations, address objections and overcome obstacles to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Tailor product presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our SaaS solutions can solve specific problems and add value to their business.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as account management and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales processes.

Here’s what you need to get our attention:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience: If you have a four-year degree, that's great; we care more about your past experience and ability to do the job, so please apply even if you don't have a degree
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.

Here’s what will make us call you for sure:

  • Extensive knowledge of the SaaS industry especially in MarTech and Social Media--including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in business development using a CRM (we use Hubspot)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets—include numbers on your resume, please!
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Base Salary: $70-$100k DOE plus commission and equity
