Respondology is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue growth during a pivotal stage in our company's evolution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven SaaS startup as we scale from $5M ARR to the next phase of growth and maturity.

In this role you’ll be owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, helping us land the kinds of deals that move the business forward. You’ll be on the front lines of new business acquisition, working with brands that are household names and navigating complex buying processes with confidence and urgency.

Respondology is a Comment Activation Platform that instantly removes spam, bots, and brand-damaging comments while surfacing what audiences are talking about in 30-seconds or less at any scale for the world’s most well-known brands. This helps protect brands and communities on social media and gives marketers insights they need to improve their strategies using data directly from their comment sections. This is a remote position, open to candidates the US.

A Day in the Life

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to signed contract
  • Identify and close net-new ARR through both inbound and outbound channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of Respondology’s products, value props, and buyer personas
  • Clearly articulate business pain and ROI to brand, marketing, and social leaders
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs
  • Accurately manage your pipeline in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buyer journey
  • Contribute to refining our sales messaging, processes, and GTM playbook

Here’s what you need to get our attention:

  • 4-7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a closing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments–we want to see numbers
  • Experience selling in start-ups during the growth stage of $5M–$10M ARR
  • Skilled at value-selling with excellent live demo skills–part of the interview process will be demoing a current or previous product you’ve sold.

Here’s what will make us call you for sure:

  • Resourceful, independent, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving startup
  • Experience selling to Marketing, Brand, or Social Media teams
  • Background in early-stage startups or building GTM from the ground up
  • Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
