Respondology is seeking a hands-on, strategic Sr. Director of Marketing to lead our next phase of growth. Partnering closely with our Head of Sales and broader leadership team, you’ll own the full marketing engine—strategy, demand generation, brand, and communications—to accelerate company performance and market impact.
This role is perfect for a marketing leader who thrives on metrics, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative execution—designing, running, and optimizing campaigns that engage the right audiences and accelerate our go-to-market performance.

A Day in the Life
- Develop and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy that delivers qualified pipeline and supports revenue targets
- Partner closely with Sales on lead flow, campaign alignment, and conversion optimization throughout the buyer journey
- Design and run data-driven ABM programs, digital campaigns, and event strategies that attract, engage, and convert key accounts
- Collaborate with Sales to plan, execute, and measure in-person and virtual events that generate and accelerate opportunities
- Own marketing analytics and reporting—establish dashboards, track performance, and iterate based on data insights
- Drive continuous optimization across channels, testing new approaches to improve conversion and ROI
- Oversee marketing operations and lead management processes to ensure data accuracy and efficient follow-up
- Contribute to brand positioning and messaging that supports demand generation and market differentiation
- Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team while staying hands-on with key campaigns and systems
Here’s What You Need to Get Our Attention
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 5+ focused on demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven success building predictable pipeline and driving measurable revenue outcomes
Here’s What Will Make us Call you for Sure
- Expertise in campaign design, marketing automation, ABM, and event-driven lead generation
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in CRM and marketing automation tools (we use Hubspot)
- Comfortable building dashboards, analyzing funnel performance, and communicating marketing impact to Sales and leadership
- Hands-on operator who enjoys testing, learning, and iterating in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in start-ups heavily favored
- Experience leading and developing small but high-performing teams in a scaling SaaS company
Base Salary: $135k-$155k DOE plus bonus and equity
