Tasks What are the main responsibilities of the role?We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager that is excited to lead the product strategy, thinking, and execution as Revalue builds out our TERRA Platform and our suite of climate tech tools. This is a chance to shape a whole new product and rethink traditional ways of working in this space. We need a Product Manager that can create structure from ambiguity, think from first principles, work seamlessly across multiple teams, and above all can deliver exceptional products in an agile way.The Product Manager is responsible to our CTO and will also work closely with our CEO. This is a fully remote role and is preferred to be based in London or Indonesia, but other locations can also be considered. The Role Will Include But Not Be Limited To

• Drive our Product strategy and roadmap
• Drive the product and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
• Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategise appropriate go-to-market plans
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Analyse market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, comms, and portfolio teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organisation
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Revalue Nature across primary market segments

• An understanding of nature-based solutions is desirable but not a must
