Revalue supercharges the world's leading nature-based carbon projects developers. We provide them with the required technical support and competitive financing to go from the initial rapid assessment of potential project areas, to the first carbon credits issuance, and beyond. This is underpinned by our proprietary tech, which creates a step-change in accuracy, speed, automation, and level of insights.

Tasks
As a Project Management Associate, your role will be integral to Revalue's objective of developing the highest quality carbon projects. As a member of the Operations team focused on supporting our projects, you will partner with our Portfolio Delivery team to accelerate our project delivery lifecycle and ensure that we can support project implementation in a scalable way. Implementing projects to the Revalue standard requires both a pragmatic appreciation for on the ground realities and the persistent drive to innovate on our core project delivery processes.
You are an outstanding project manager capable of delivering against multiple priorities and coordinating multiple operations work streams in a seamless way. You are detail oriented, data-driven, and perpetually curious. You have high EQ and are comfortable working with others to drive change.
This role is fully remote and would be ideally based in the UK, GMT+/-2 time zone preferred. Other locations in a similar time zone would also be considered for exceptional candidates.

What are the key responsibilities of the role? The role will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and maintaining accurate process maps for Revalue project delivery processes
- Identifying opportunities to drive efficiency in our project delivery process, proactively resolving bottlenecks and deploying automations and tools to reduce errors and resources
- Ensuring the seamless delivery of logistics, finance, legal, regulatory support, and other operational support to our project partners throughout the project implementation cycle
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Revalue to support project delivery
- Problem solving project management challenges and delivering timely and creative solutions to these challenges
- Building a project analytics suite to support data-driven decision-making
What do we expect from you?
- Track record of successful project management with complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience with process identification and improvement in consulting, logistics, or a product-led organisation
- Power user of project management systems and analytics
- Comfortable designing project management workflows for non-experts
- Driven by a sense of purpose and a desire to make a tangible impact
- Evidence that you can work in remote teams, are a self-driver with a willingness to take initiative and committed to continuous improvement and high-performance within a complex and fast-growing sector
- Excited to be part of an international remote-working team with a proven ability to function effectively within diverse cultural environments
