Due to our growth, we have an immediate 2nd shift opening for a General Warehouse Associate. Currently we are seeking individuals who are self-starters that want to work at a place where they can become part of a team while gaining knowledge in the food manufacturing industry.

We are Ever Better Eating, Inc. located in Pittsfield, NH and known for our hand formed pizza crusts and home-made sauces. You may know us as Rustic Crust - American Flatbread.

Position consists of performing material handling duties in addition to being a backup driver for the company provided box truck delivering products based on company needs. Pay range is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Warehouse associates are also eligible for additional hourly compensation- Attendance Bonus and Production Bonus!!

Shift hours are Monday-Friday 5:30 PM- 2 AM with 1 Sunday a month for inventory; may work occasional Saturday as needed.

Position Summary:

• Loads, unloads, and stages material within the warehouse utilizing electric pallet jack or powered forklift.
• Verify and receive deliveries according to SOP.
• Inventory control. Ensure products are accurately counted and put away in designated locations.
• Rotate warehouse inventory to ensure product freshness.
• Fulfill client orders based on purchase orders and documentation.
• Ensure that outbound products are properly documented and verified.
• Communicate with team and management any concerns, questions, or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Attention to detail a must!

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience required.
• Reliable and dependable.
• A valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical to obtain Medical DOT Card (Company Paid).
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Team player, open to cross training. Willingness to learn additional processes and functions over time.
