We have an immediate full-time opening for an Accounts Receivable Associate. This is a Monday-Friday position, hours are flexible to work either 8 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM- 5 PM.

We are Ever Better Eating, Inc., a Pittsfield, NH production facility and famous for our organic hand formed pizza and crusts, also known as Rustic Crust - American Flatbread.

Summary of Position:

Full-time position reporting to the Office Manager/Staff Accountant. The position will help support Staff Accountant and Office Team. Duties will include processing incoming checks, processing incoming sales orders, completing weekly projection spreadsheets, completing monthly bank reconciliations, as well as other daily/weekly/monthly tasks. This position will primarily work in QuickBooks, EDI Software, and Excel. This role provides back-up reception and telephone support to our Billing Associate. This is a casual office environment, jeans may be worn.

Skills Required:

• 1-2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization
• High School Diploma required
• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years QuickBooks experience preferred
• Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines under daily time constraints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be a team player with ability to work independently and successfully manage time
• Ability to multi-task

For qualified candidates, pay rate ranges from $19- $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
