Are you a successful Supply Chain Manager? Want to help manage a warehouse for a growing company?! We’re looking to add an experienced Supply Chain Manager to our team! This is a 1st Shift Monday-Friday position with 1 Sunday a month for inventory.

We are Ever Better Eating, Inc., a Pittsfield, NH food production facility and famous for our organic hand formed pizza and crusts, also known as Rustic Crust - American Flatbread.

DUTIES:

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Responsible for ensuring data entry into the inventory management system from shipping & receiving records and production data to maintain traceability. Assist in the company’s mock recalls during testing of the traceability program and assist in an actual recall, should it occur.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Will manage computerized inventory system
• Will perform planning duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of previous Supply Chain Management experience
• Computer experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and teammates
• Have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Candidate must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
