Tactical Responsibilities
Research and resolve inventory issues from all areas of the warehouse
Determine root cause of inventory discrepancies
Perform adjustments to inventory as needed
Perform inventory control auditing through counting and auditing warehouse locations
Perform Location Checks in all areas of the warehouse
Perform Cycle Counts and Product Checks in all areas of the warehouse
Process Inventory put-backs from Inventory, Problem Solve and other areas
Leadership Responsibilities
Coordinate with other departments in the warehouse to identify and resolve inventory concerns
Perform coaching and training to other associates and leaders in the warehouse regarding inventory procedures and process
Perform quality audits in other areas of the warehouse (problem solve, special projects, wholesale, replenishment, etc) as assigned
Use independent judgement in determining course of action for inventory movements
Determine and assign priority workloads to other team members
Mentor/train other Inventory associates on internal processes
Requirements
- Must require inventory related experience of atleast 1-2 years.
- Must have MHE certification (forklift, reach, and counter balance certifications)
- Must be comfortable working flexible work schedule including weekends/nights.
- Must have good ownership, communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to commit to consistent work schedule and punctuality at work
