ShipMonk is currently seeking a Sr. People and Culture Business Partner to join our Corporate team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our Sr P&C Partner supports our corporate ShipMonkers in the US and partners with our senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Provide guidance to senior leaders through handling disciplinary actions and managing employee performance.
- Address employee relations matters and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive performance and talent management through coaching, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement.
- Support the implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, practices, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key business results through effective HR strategies.
What you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. SHRM certification is a plus.
- Proven experience providing coaching to Senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
