Job Summary
In its next phase of growth Solera is expanding its product team to focus on functional verticals to maximize the platform’s impact. To take this next step we are seeking an experienced member of our product management team to serve as a Senior Product Manager. This highly visible role will report to the Senior Director, Product Management and is critical in driving the execution of the platform strategy and vision.

You are passionate about product innovation but have a healthy skepticism of the latest buzz words.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management of internal and client-facing tools as well as end user-facing applications from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
- Follow best practices and adhere to developed standards for the authoring of user stories to enable the right trade-off discussions with engineering.
- Ensure the product backlog is prioritized and groom to align with business value and the vision that drives the platform forward.
- Work in collaboration with engineering, design, clinical, product marketing, sales, business development, and business operations teams to ensure all stakeholders are on vision, flying in formation and helping to grow the business
- Conduct user research, analyze industry trends, and gather stakeholder feedback to inform product development.
- Blend strategic analysis with tactical execution to establish shared understanding across the organization.
- Manage agile ceremonies such as sprint review and grooming; partner with engineering leadership to ensure the most valuable stories are committed to each sprint.
- Define KPIs, analyze data, and optimize features to improve business objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience within the healthcare technology industry, including health plans, payers, digital health, and point solutions.
- Proven ability to thrive in a startup or small-team environment, wearing multiple hats, and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and exceeding expectations.
- Expertise in differentiating between vanity metrics and true business drivers, using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience working with agile development teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality products.
- Deep knowledge and passion for the digital health space, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to guide product strategy.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to discuss both back-end and front-end user stories comfortably with development teams.
- A strong blend of quantitative and qualitative skills to inform decision-making and product development.
Travel
- This is a remote position and must be located within the United States.
- Occasional domestic travel required for business needs.
